Welcome to the virtual exhibition of the House of Jewish Excellences!

This is the virtual version of the House, which makes your future visit easier to help you prepare in advanced.

There are two actual exhibitions in the House.

One of them is called “From Einstein to today – Jews in the Forefront of Technology”. You can learn about the life and the accomplishments of 130 inventors, scientists and scholars here like Sigmund Freud, Mark Zuckerberg or even Albert Einstein. Dive into categories like Medicine, Biology, Physics, Particle Physics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Chemistry and Technical Science and you will find a vast number of curiosities.

The second exhibition is “From Chagall to Spielberg – Jews and the Arts”. You can learn about the life and the accomplishment of 120 artists and creators. Literature, Music, Theatre and Film, Architecture, Economy and Fine Arts are the categories you can dive into.

According the mission statement of the Foundation „Had the evil plan succeeded, these scientists would have been killed, as well, just as our other brothers and sisters were. However, they were able to escape, responding to the darkness with the words of life. They built a palace from their thoughts, and that became our home. It is due to their grace and genius that humanity and mankind live on.”

Experience has shown that during a visit you can absorb the lives and successes of 5 scientists. Consequently, we allow you to arrange your own plan based on your own interests at the entrance of the exhibition and thus choose from more than 250 people.
